I am an NCO, a leader by example, and I will fulfill my responsibilities to the utmost of my ability, for the benefit of my fellow soldiers, my unit, and my country. I will always strive to be a role model for my soldiers, to set the example, to be a teacher, and to be a leader.
I will not falter. I will not fail. I will stand tall, proud of my heritage as an NCO, proud of my country, and proud to be an American soldier. I am an NCO, a Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Army, and I will do my duty.”
